By enjoying life the Socialist means something more than the worker now understands by tihe term. There are mental and spiritual enjoyments, as well as physical. Man has many faculties, but under a grinding industrialism they are mostly choked in growth. The development of these hidden faculties would be encouraired in the industrial republic, especially during school life, which would be extended to 18 or perhaps 21 rears, thus enabling the young students to get an insight, not only into trades and professions, but also into arts ond sciences. Tt is in the use of our highest faculties we get keenest enjoyment. Most people ennnot now experience those pleasures for the faculties haven't been developed.
