This case had nothing to do with the other strike proceedings.) ALBERT ANDERSON. (This charge was one of using insulting language in a railway carriage, and had nothing to do with the strike proceedings. Bound over to keep the peace for 12 muntlhs.) MEN ACQUITTED. GEORGE MIDWINTER. CHARLES OPIE (Committeeman). Names not given of those men who were found innocent on one charge and who were caught on others. With the exception of Opie, ©very man who managed to escape the police in the first charges was caught later on. The police evidently were wasting no chances.
