Our meetings arc being exceptionally well attended. Last Sunday week we bad Comrado Freeman, of Wellington. who gave a very interesting address on "Socialism and tbo Churehos." Discussion tinio was largely taken, advant-
age of. Tho United Labor Party has callof a meeting in Feilding for the avowed purpose of forming a branch of this rake organisation. It j« to bo hoped that the organisers of the meeting will not bo as cowardly as their confreres of Palmerston N., when Rod. Ross— refused a hearing at their meetinghold a meeting under the ausnioos of tho Socialist Party. Tlie hall was crowded and Ross slated the Labor Party unmercifully. Although a number of the leaders of the Labor Party wore present, none of them had th*» courage to defend their cause. The Socialists of Palmerston N. and Fei'Ming are determined to light the fraudulent imposition called the United Labor Party.—ROß ROT.
