TWELFTH DAY.
On Monday, June 3, conference resumed its sittings at 0 a.m., P. C. Webb presiding. Tlie day was devoted to the consideration of the constitution framed by the committee set up for the purpose. An extra sitting was held in the evening, when the report of the Finance Committee was presented and discussed. Resolved that each delegate take back with him a copy of estimates.
