BROOKLYN ANTI-CONSCRIPTS.

Mr. Pascro has sent Home to tho editor of "Lloyd's Weekly Newspaper" a whole bunch of clippings from the New Zealand press, showing up the tyranny of tho Ward Government, the prosecuting and persceutitug of boys. "Lloyd's" is a very powerful paper, and has a circulation of 1,200,000. In a recent issue it had an article on tho New Zealand defence .scheme and its compulsory clauses. It showed in that sanite article, tho breakdown of the scheme. '"Lloyd's" being English to tho backbone, adheres to tho oid English maxim, "One English volunteer is worth two pressed men," and so tav all of us.—W. I'ASERO.
