I often womlr-r why they arc called news-papers. There is nothing in the world more serious, from the point of view of the Socialist, as well as that of the aati or non-Socialist, than the enormous growth of the Socialist movement. At its present rate of growth, judging merely by its election successes, which are by no means infallible, the next quarter of a century will see the Socialists dominant everywhere.
