IRELAND FOR SOCIALISM.
"The Irish people organise moro roadilv, probably, than any people on earth," says Mr. J. Council in the "Socialist Annual." "I have consulted many Socialists, both among my own countrymen and among Britishers who know "Ireland well, and there is not one of them who does not share my view that after a few years of selfgovernment Socialism in Ireland will spread much more rapidly than it has ever vet done in England and Scotland.''
