SYNDICALISM AND ANTI-MILI-TARISM IN GERMANY.
A number of revolutionary syndicalists have been in preliminary arrest alter a scries of arrests in Berlin, the Rhine Province and other parts of the Empire. The arrests wero made for the propaganda of anti-militarism. The local unions are supporting everywhere iheso victims of governmental patriotand in the latest number of the official organ "Die Einigkoit," a vigorous appeal is made for the arretted".
