AUSTRALASIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Australasian Amateur Athletic Cliampionships, contested at Wellington on Decenior 26 and 27, resulted in a splendid win for Now Zealand, the position at the conclusion being as follows :— Firsts. Hill: One and three-mile flat. Keddell: 120 and 440 yds hurdles. Harding: 880 yds flat. Winners from Australia were: — Kolly (Vie.): High jump. McGrath (Q.): Putting shot, throwing hammer. Brake (Vie.): Pole vault. Southce (N.S.W.): Long jump.
