The Russian Duma, orders the expulsion within, six months of 5000 Jews from NikolaciCil : , and it is understood that a further expulsion of Jetvs will occur in 1912, to provide housing accommodation for 10,000 extra shipwrights to be drafted from the Baltic in January, when Nikolaeieff will resumo its status as a first-class naval port*.
