The establishment of a State bank with a monopoly of note issue. 7. Immediate reform of the Upper House. 8. Elective Ministry. 9. Tho removal of civil and political disabilities from women. We, the undersigned, hereby certify that we have examined the correspondence which has been received from all parts of New Zealand by the Progressive Liberal Association (Christchurch), dealing with the formation of a political platform which should be recognised throughout the colony for the 1896 general election, and find that the foregoing planks have received the greatest number of votes, and which we have placed in order according to the number of votes recorded in favour of each.
