A CHRISTIAN VIEW.
Sir, —As I am a mother of growing youths., I was touched when reading Mr- Cornish's address to mothers and fathers. May God give them power and victory, and may the young generations be enlightened by their parents to fight against war, for Christ died that we should live and not be murdered. If the capitalists only looked at it in the right light and went on their knees and asked God to show them the right light, they would find that they wduld be tip and doing as well as the working-class, as they call them. In the end the land and what is on the earth is only lent to us to use m a propei- way—not to shed blood over. The same capitalist will die like a dog, and leave to go down to the bottomless pit where miners never go.—l air., A CHRISTIAN MOTHER.
Denuiston. . p.S.—I also should say I glory in the youths' spirits for going to jail, for goin.?- tbere with a clear conscience is no crfme in the Maker's eyes, so they need not think for one moment that they have lowered themselves by going there.
