A fatal accident occurred at the Otira tunnel works to-day, when a man, named Frank Cutlibert. aged 31 years, married, with two children, was killed by being crushed between a* motor \ traia and a shed. He. died on. his way, Ito the Grey hospital. \ SERIOUS MINE ACCIDENT, j WAIHI, Aug. 24. j A miner named Henry Bullock, ; working in the Grand Junction mine, received terrible injuries to his. head, ; face and other parts of his body as > the result of an explosion in a winze.
