Little children have to rise at ■? a.m., milk coavs, go to school (Avhere they fall asleep over their, lessons), return home and milk more coavs, and then go to bed dog-tired. Next day. and the next, the same dreary routine is followed. The children have no play —it is all coav. Coav occupies nearly all their thoughts, their very lives,' with the consequence that their bodies become stunted, and their minds a blank to everything save cow."
