In the Waikato.

On Sunday, May 28, we had a good propaganda evening at "The Log." Comrade Robinson told the Huntly folk that the Socialists wero out to preach a gospel to the workers which applied to our present life, and which was understandable. Comrade Mayman spoke

upon the class that received the benefits from the workers generosity. Comrade Patterson recited one of Kipling's poems. Comrade Semple, organiser N.Z.F.Li., discoursed upon economic conditions; traced the growth of Industrial Unionism, explained the meaning of Socialism and told us about The Maokiland Worker and how it was getting along.—BlL.l_Y BANJO.
