«<rT7HE of The Maokiund J- Worker —page 901" caught our eye in "N.Z. Tablet" of May 18. We turned to page 901 and found paragraphs headed "Socialism in New Zealand." These dealt with us, Imt not with onr Socialism. They handled our Rationalism. Eight excerpts from our issue of May 5 wore quoted to illustrate our Unbelief, but nary an excerpt was there to illustrate our Socialism. We submit that if tho claims to criticise this paper s Socialism it ought to be honest enough—being a religious organ—to stick to its claims, and not fly off at a tangent into another sphere of thought. If this paper advocated Temperance it would not be quite fair to quote its temperance for or against Socialism. Would it?
