A Rallying Song for "The Maoriland Worker." 20th March, 1911. _A Red-Letter Day for the Cause in Maoriland, Avhen the foundations of a LABOUR PRESS, owned and worked by the Workers for the Workers, were well and truly laid._ Ho ! Worker in the Sacred Cause, I hail thy natal morn ! Thine may'it be to set men free, And Mammon hold in scorn. Too long AA-e've craven been Avith fears, Too long we've made delay : Come now, ye hardy pioneers, Rise up and clear the Avay ! Rise up and clear the Avay, my lads, Rise up and clear the way ! Yet dear to wife and child shall bo The pioneers to-day ; Who, fearing nought, for Freedom fought, And lived to clear the Avay. Then rise and clear the way, my lads, Come, help to clear the way !
