From Sept. 1910 to Feb. 1911 •THE MAORILAND WORKER ' has been edited by Miss E. A. Rout, published by Mr. M. Laracy, for and on behalf of the New Zealand Shearers' Union, and printed by "The Lyttelton Times" Company, Limited, Christchurch, New Zealand.

NOTICE. Up to the present issue the Shearers' Union has been supported by the N.Z. Federation of Labour in the publication of " The Maoriland Worker." Fresh arrangements have now to be made for permanent publication, as explained in Supplement to this number.

A magnificent addition to the fine buildings of Christehurch is being erected for Messrs. T. Armstrong and Co., Ltd., the popular drapers and clothiers, in High Street. The new . edifice will be a continuation of their handsome corner premises, built about four years ago, and will have another hundred feet frontage on High Street. The building and appointments will be thoroughly up-to-date, and cost in round figures about £9000. A firm of euch enterprise deserves support.
