When the flag of freedom was planted in New Zealand, there began a tradition of liberty for this country, the value of which is apparent today more than ever before. The majority of New Zealanders are made of the same stuff as were the men who built the Empire and fought to keep it. New Zealanders will not submit to a rule of fear, and the idea of Prohibition enforceable by fines and imprisonment has no part in British psychology. New Zealand has said so many times and will say so again. Let New Zealand speak with one voice for Continuance. VOTE
