They promised us a guaranteed price that would give us an equal reward tor equal service to the community. “ Well, all we got out of those promises was a guaranteed price that was less than the world market price. Our taxes are not reduced, and our costs, as a direct result of the Government’s policy, have made it practically impossible to carry on. “ Actually we’ve been the pawns in the Socialists* game. As far as lam concerned the sooner they go out of power the better. My vote goes to Adam Hamilton and the National Party—he’s been a farmer himself, and a successful one at that. “ He won’t socialise our farms or destroy the country quota so that we’re robbed of our voting power. He will continue the guaranteed price for the remainder of this season and will restore to us the ownership and control of our own produce. He’s going to reduce the rates on rural land. You know these things will be done, because you can trust Adam Hamilton to keep his word.” * FREEDOM STABILITY OPPORTUNITY MT.1t.90
