Hi« Worship said the ease hinged 01 the words " plying for hire." He wo.ild have to look into the meaning of the lerm.and would reserve his decision. John M'Loughlan was also charged with flying for hire on the 19th August on the county road with an eigbt horat waggon. Mr M'Donald tor prosecution. Dttendant did not appear. Con-table Fouhy dsposed that he saw defendant at < oal Cietk, with "his wagIgon loaded with ueneral gods, and sa d Ihe was going to Lake Wanak.i . He had everal iim s promised to take out ,i license, but failed to do so. He had. however, paid the amount of the license since the surmrms was served.
