The Monte Carlo was won by Mr. and Mrs. Kilgarof, the Gay Gordons by Mr. Woodley and partner and Miss H, Lankshear and partner. The music was supplied by a professional orchestra. Mr, G. Woodley was M.C., while tho doorkeeper was Mr. H. Robertson. The Homo Guard held a picnic on Mr. W. Gosling’s property. All the poople of the district were invited and a happy tiruo was spent with sports. The outstanding event was the horso racing, children's ponies, hacks and draught horses, there being good entries in all classes.
