New Rumanian Party

LONDON, March 19. With the Russians facing Bessarabia a new left-wing patriotic front party has been formed in Rumania, state reports from Istanbul quoted by Reuter’s Cairo correspondent. The party demands Rumania’s withdrawal from the war, the expulsion of all Germans, the reestablishment of demo cratic liberties, and the formation of a broadly based national Government, lhe reports add that the Germans are taking savage measures against the new party.
