It is usually the result of over-indulgence in food and perhaps drink, or the wrong type of food. The sufferer becomes depressed tnd feels as though his whole system is upset. They act on the Liver and S'-cr'ich, and thus regulate the Bowels. The best plan is to take a dose before retiring when an attack is approaching, or better still, if subject to Biliousness, take a dose ar regular intervals to keep the system in good order. The W. H.
