Canadian High Commissionership During question time in the House yesterday Mr. Bowden gave notice to ask the Prime Minister when the Gov eminent proposed to fill the vacancy of High Commissioner to Canada a vacancy which had existed for ’ 15 months. Mr. Bowden asked whether it was true that the Minister of Broad casting (Hon. D. Wilson) had been selected for the post, and if so did the Government intend to reappoint him to the Legislative Council for a further term of seven years notwithstanding his absence from the country.
