Russia Gives Finland A Few Mere Days
Received Tuesday, 8.50 p.m. LONDON, March 14. A Stockholm message says it is understood that Russia has" rejectea Finland’s proposed amendments to the armistice terms and has given Finlanci a few more days to accept the origina* Russian terms. A message from Helsinki says the Finnish Government must make a quick decision or face serious consequences.
