Rumanian Politician Seeking Peace Terms
Received Monday, 11.50 p.m. LONDON, March 13. The Rumanian politician Prince Stirbey has arrived at Istanbul and is reported to be approaching the Allies for peace terms, says Reuter’s Ankara correspondent. Well-inform-ed diplomatic circles in Ankara attach more than usual importance to Stirbey’a visit.
