Czechs Called to Arms By Leaders in London

Received Monday, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, March 12. An order to the country to change from passive to active resistance, developing “an armed uprising of all against the foreign invader,” has oeen broadcast by the Czechoslovak Government in London to the Press Association. It points out that the appeal is made with the Red Army less than 120 miles from the Czechoslovakian border.
