Turkish Ambassador To Britain Resigns
Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. LONDON, March 12. Baouf Obay, Turkish Ambassador to Britain since February 1942, has resigned. He flew to Ankara in December to consult his Government and did not return. His resignation is believed to be connected with the failure of the recent Anglo-Turk’sh staff talks.
