Expected Success of American-Spanish Talks

Received Friday, 10.50 p.m. WASHINGTON, March 10. The State Department announced that it is continuing negotiations with Spain to halt wolfram shipments to Germany and curtail other Nazi advantages in Spain, but meanwhile exports of tungsten to Germany have been suspended. The talks were more lengthy than expected but everything indicated that they would be successful.
