CHRISTCHURCH, March 9. Tho New Zealand Labour Party has i decided to postpone its annual Easter i conference which was to have been held ! iu Wellington. Delegates attend the i conference from ull over New-Zealand, . but tho rail travel restrictions would • have made it impossible for all but a : few to attend this year. It is intended > to hold the conference when travel conditions permit.
