Another Russian Air Attack on Finnish Town

Received Wednesday, 1C.50 p.m. STOCKHOLM, March 8. It is reported from Helsinki that the rinnish High Command announced that 20 Russian divebombers attacked Kotka on Monday, causing loss of life and property. This is the first Russian air attack on a Finnish town since the Soviet published the armistice terms on jl ebruary 29.
