ME. BOOSEVELT BEGINS TWELFTH YEAB OF OFFICE (British Official Wireless.) Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. RUGBY, March 4. President Roosevelt began the twelfth year of his presidency by attending Divine service The ceremony at the White House was attended by members of the family, military and civilian aides, members of the Cabinet and Supreme Court Justices. The Washington correspondent of the Times says: ‘.‘lt is true to-day as it was when it was said six years a S° —that the President has made a more profound impression on the political, social and economic thought of America than any or all of his predecessors.”
