Received Fridav, u.3d p.m. WASHINGTON, Sept. 3. Mr. Fraser for ati hour and n-half addressed a secret serf-ion of the Congressional Foreign Relations Committee. Tho committee chairman (Mr. Sol Bloom) told the Australian Associated Press that Mr. Fraser described New Zealand’s war effort and also the united attitude of New Zealanders iu supporting their Government and tho British Government. He added that Mr. Fraser made a great impression and that his information will be useful for a long time.
