Destructive RAF. Attack on Karlsruhe
Received Friday, 1 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 3. R.A.F. bombers were out again over Germany last night When a heavy force attacked the city of Karlsruhe, one of the chief centres of locomotive and rolling stock manufacture. Very heavy fires were started, and a pall of smoke rising to 8000 feet covered the city. Eight bombers are missing.
