Mexico Offers Fighting Facilities to Allies

Received Wednesday, 9.50 p.m. MEXICO CITY, Sept. 1. President Camacho, in a message to Congress, said he would shortly be submitting a measure extending t 6 the European Powers fighting the Axis the right for Warships and planes to us 6 Mexican ports and airfields. He also announced the creation of a National Defence Council to govern wartime production and co-ordinate the whole war effort. The Council would be composed of representatives of the Government, agriculture, labour, business, industry and the professions.
