British Troops Leaving Abyssinia
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Aug. 31. When British troops left Addis Ababa, Abyssinia, earlier this month the Emperor save a luncheon at whieh all the members of the British force were presented to Haile Selassie. The Emperor then inspected the troops, who represent the flrst of an almost general withdrawal.
