deceived Sunday, IHO p.m. LONDON, Aug. 20. The Tass Agency quotes a Geneva re. port that Himmler and Tierack have jointly issued instructions on tho relatious between the judiciary and Gestapo. Iho instructions provide for the virtual control and supervision of local legalties by the Gestapo. Tho preliminary legal investigations in many instances is transferred to the Gestapo. •Judges are restricted to formal questioning and sentencing.
