Britain’s War Effort
LONDON, Aug. 20. Brigadier-General Barnes, who is ► isiting Britain from America, where ne is closely associated with arms production, says that he is particularly impressed by Britain’s production or u-pounder * ‘ tank-buster ” guns. Heioro leaving America he had thought that Britain had reached her maximum out* put, but he was astonished at the production effort she was making.
