After August 31st, 1942, no trader may supply rationed materials to consumers except on surrender of clothing permits or coupons. All persons or organisations having on this date authorities to purchase uuder certificate must present such certificates to rationing officers for the issuance of necessary permit. DISPOSAL OF COUPONS. On written approval of rationing Controller, traders may now gum coupons to duplicate copy of relative sales docket. Dockets must be clearly prepared and available for inspection at any time by an authorised official. Except as provided above, all “M” coupons must be forwarded to the Rationing Controller, Box 3027, Wellington, at the end of every month.
