Drowning at Wanganui
Per Press Association. WANGANUI, Jan. 5. The firAt drowning fatality at Castlecliff Beach this summer occurred late this afternoon, tho victim being Stanley Higgs, aged 14, whose parents reside in Wanganui. Higgs, who was bathing with two other boys, disappeared in the heavy surf. The body has not been re covered.
