Belgian Cabinet To be Overhauled
BRUSSELS, Jan. 4. King Leopold has asked tho Prim® Minister, M. Pierlot, to remodel the Cabinet with the object of pruning Ministerial expenses as a war measure. | The present' Cabinet is the largest in j history. A Washington message says that President Roosevelt has appointed Mr. John Cudahy, Minister to Eire, as Ambassador lo Belgium, replacing Mr. Joseph E. Davies, who has been appointed to assist tho Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull.
