Summertime in England Next Month

Tho Daily Mail says summer time is expected to operate again in the middle of February. It will be of first-class importance in the national war effort, enabling a greater output by factories. It will also facilitate transport and relievo tho strain on nerves from tho long black-out and reduce road deaths.
