Fine Weather Favours Pahiatua Tennis Tourney
McLEOD WINS MEN’S SINGLES The courts were in excellent order yesterday for the third day of play of the Pahiatua lawn tennis tournament. Bright sunshine favoured the players and the results were as follow: — The men’s championship singles final went to G. McLeod, who defeated G. Callender 6 —l, 6—4. The remainder of the final games will have to be played off to-day. The men’s championship doubles will be played off on January 14. Men’s Championship Singles.
