Winds: Strong south-westerlies gradually moderating to-morrow. Seas (New Zealand waters): Slight to moderate north of East Cape; elsewhere rather fougli to rough but gradually moderating on the west coast. Eastern Tasman: Fresh but decreasing south-westerly winds; moderate to rather rough seas. Weather: Rather changeable at first with occasional passing showers in most districts but soon improving from the west. Temperatures cool to moderate.
