Britain Not Breaking With Soviet

There is no trrfth in a report that the British Ambassador to Moscow lias been instructed to advise representatives of British firms in Soviet Russia to leave that country, or that an early diplomatic rupture in relations between Britain and the Soviet is contemplated. No change has occurred in relations » between Britain and Russia.
