Mr. Samuel Isaacs, wealthy So-year-old fish restaurant “king,” died suddenly the other day, at the home of his son-in-law, in London. Mr. Isaacs, director of a company owning 22 restaurants in London and the provinces, made his fortune from fish and chips. This paid so well that he was able to open three more restaurants and launch a limited com pany.
