PERSONAL
Mrs. R. C. Austin, Tyndall Street, Pahiatua, is a visitor to tho Capital City. Mr. and Mrs. W. Barrett, Julia Street, are spending a short holiday at Waitarere Beach. Miss Joan Bissct, Masterton Road, Pahiatua, is spending the New Year in Wellington. Miss Margaret Anderson, of Wellington, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Kerrison, Mangatainoka. Messrs. L. F. Barraclougli and R. S. Austin are touring the National Park district, later visiting Wellington. Mr. J. Moran, of Wellington, is the guest of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Moran, Wakeman Street, Pahiatua. Messrs. H. E. Butler, L. Nicoil, G. Wintour, A. Jackson and T. Andrews, of Hamilton, are guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Murch, Albert Street, Pahiatua. Rev. A. A. Armstrong and Mrs. Armstrong and their son are visiting Lower Hutt, where they intend spending part of their annual vacation. Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Wilson and Miss E. Johnston, (Wanganui), Miss D. Johnston and Mr. J. Renwick (New Plys mouth), who were guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Smith, Cambridge Street, havo now returned to their homes.
