American Munitions for Finland

TO COUNTERACT SOVIET MANPOWER Received Monday, 9.20 p.m. WASHINGTON, Dec. 23. The Finnish artillery chief, Lieiit.General Villio P. Nenonen, has arrived. The War Department is arranging for his visits to arms plants whereby Finland hopes to obtain large quantities of war supplies. He declared Soviet manpower must be effective eventually if I'inland did not get arms and ammunition to enable her conservation of manpower.
