FAITHFUL TO ANCIENT TRADITION Received Thursday, 10.30 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 21. A German Naial High Command Communique states: “The navy understands and esteems Captain Langsdorff s act. As a fighter he did what the luhrer, and German people and the Navy expected. He was faithful to the « icient tradition and followed his ship. ”
